Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for specific reasons as outlined in the examples below. These are typical examples, and not exhaustive nor exclusive.

Buyer's Reasons
Valid Reasons:
  • The seller and buyer mutually agree to cancel the order.
  • The seller did not respond to emails.
  • The seller did not have items after the order was submitted.
  • The seller listed the item with an error.
  • The seller provided a shipping fee that was excessive and not clearly stated in seller’s Terms and Conditions.
  • The seller is using an exchange rate inconsistent with the terms shown on our Exchange Rate Policy page.
  • The seller did not ship the order after payment was made.
  • The seller is underage, meaning younger than 18.
  • The seller is no longer registered.
  • There was a system problem during order submission (excluding not receiving order notification email).

Invalid Reasons:

  • The buyer no longer wants the items. By submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  • The buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. The buyer must be ready to pay the seller’s prices before submitting an order.
