Stickered items (parts or minifigures) should be added to an inventory as Counterpart. For more info check the four available Inventory Sections Stickered items should not be added to an inventory as plain part (for example 3298) but as decorated part with it's own entry and image (for example 3298pb082) If stickered items are missing in an inventory they can only be added to that inventory if they are known in the catalog. If they are not known (and not pending already), they should be added to the catalog first as decorated items. Catalog submissions will only be approved if an image is uploaded. The uploaded image must show the sticker(s) applied to the part exactly as shown in the official instructions or images (unless it's obvious the inctructions show an error). While checking this we would appreciate if you wrote down the instruction book and page numbers, so you can add these as an additonal Note for Catalog Admin and Additional Comments in your Inventory Change Request. After the stickered items are approved by a Catalog Associate or Catalog Administrator (known in the catalog), they can be added to an existing inventory by submitting an Inventory Change Request.
