My BrickLink

The new My BrickLink page replaces the old My Profile page and comes with some new features that makes managing your account and orders easier. Certain sections of My BrickLink will only be displayed if you have a seller account.


Sections of My BrickLink
  • Account Info - Click this button to visit your Account Information page where you can update your username, password, email address, or physical address.
  • Catalog Submissions - The number of pending pending catalog submissions you made.
  • Coupons - This section will display some of the coupons that you have received. The amount of coupons that will expire within 5 days will also be shown.
  • Customize View - Your My BrickLink page will show action item notifications depending on your customized settings. Click this button to select/edit which action items to show as well as which menu bar notifications you'd like to receive.
  • Feedback -The feedbackyou received will be displayed as a table summary.
  • ID Card Image - Your ID card image shows in the top left corner of your ID card and is also displayed on multiple pages on the site. Click on your ID card image if you need to change or remove it.
  • Messages - The number of unread messages and/or invoices you have received is displayed in this section.
  • Orders Placed - Any required actions for placed orders will be displayed in this section. This includes placed quotes, orders awaiting payment, orders that have been shipped, and orders awaiting feedback. Any order item removal or order cancellation requests will be displayed underneath this section.
  • Problem Status Notifications - If you have any urgent issues related to your account, the information will be provided in this section. More information will be displayed when this section is expanded.
  • Reserved Items - The number of items which sellers have reserved for you will be displayed in this section.
  • Settings - Click this button to visit your Account Settings page where you can modify your global site settings.
  • Store Carts - This section displays the number of store carts currently active on your account.
  • Wanted Lists - This section displays the number of incomplete wanted lists you have created.

Sections of My BrickLink for Sellers
  • Fee Payment - This will be displayed when you owe seller fees for received orders.
  • Item Notifications - This section will display the amount of lots in your inventory that buyers have not yet been notified about.
  • My Store Card - This section will display your store status (open or closed), store name, visitor count, and time last visited. The Manage My Inventory button will take you to your store inventory page.
  • Orders Received - Any required actions for received orders will be displayed in this section. This includes quote requests, orders awaiting invoice, orders pending shipment, orders pending drive thru email, and orders awaiting feedback. Any order item removal or order cancellation requests will be displayed underneath this section.
Icons Explained
  • Feedback Rating - Your Feedback Rating depends on the number of positive and negative feedback that you've received. For every positive feedback a member receives, his or her feedback rating is increased by 1. For every negative feedback a member receives, his or her feedback rating is decreased by 1. Neutral feedback does not count toward your Feedback Rating.
  • Status - A user's buyer and/or seller privileges determine their account status and are represented by colored dots. For sellers, the left dot represents buying privileges and the right dot represents selling privileges.
    • - A yellow status indicator means that your privileges are pending due to an unconfirmed email address.
    • - A green status indicator means that your privileges are OK.
    • - A red status indicator means that your privileges have been revoked.
  • Member Since - Your registration date.
  • Location - Your country and state (or province, region, etc.).
  • Access Level - This icon will only be displayed for certain members of the site who have been granted a special level of access (admins, moderators, help editors, etc).
  • Store Name - The name for your store which will appear as a link on our store list page.
  • Visit Count - The total amount of times your store has been visited.
  • Last Visit - How long it has been since your store has been visited.
