Forgot Password or Username

If you forgot your password:
- Go to the Password Reset page and enter your email address.
- BrickLink will email you a link that you can use to reset your password. This link will only work for 3 hours.
- Click the link and create your new password.
- Login with your username and new password.
If you forgot your username:
- Go to the Password Reset page and enter your email address.
- Your username will be at the top of the email sent by BrickLink. You do not need to use the password reset link if you only forgot your username.
- If you no longer have access to your email address on file, you will need to Contact the Help Desk and provide us with either your username or email address.
