You can view order messages on the order detail screen by clicking the Order ID on the Orders Placed and Orders Received pages. The messages are at the bottom of the order. These messages can be sent from two places:
Checkout - These are comments the buyer enters in the comments box.
My Messages - These are messages sent through the Contact Form regarding an order.
- This icon appears at the top of the order detail screen if the order has attached messages on the bottom.
- This icon appears at the top of the order detail screen if the order has attached messages on the bottom.
