Both the 1st regular version (small box) and the 2nd version (larger box) as well as this special promo always have the same barcode - EAN: 5702010965236.

There was no extra 54200 trans-yellow.

With regards to 553pb050 known to be in cty1757, my opinion is that the essence of this set implies infinite alien creations. Therefore, I believe 553pb050 should remain a separate piece entry instead of including additional alien iterations. Minifig cty1757 is one of many possible creations, but this minifig is not explicitly shown in the boxed set's instructions.
