| I have been a fan of Lego all my life. I fondly remember playing with the early Homemaker sets with my sister back in the 1970's and moving on to the early "Legoland" themes. One of my best childhood memories was receiving the "Yellow Castle" set on my 8th birthday and spending hours playing with that. I later played with my prized set No. 744 - the Yellow Universal Building Set (why was it always yellow!) and the more advanced Technic Sets such as the Car Chassis. I've now come through a long "dark ages" period and am looking forward to experiencing some of the new Technic Sets (although I have a secret hankering for some City and Train sets too)!
I'm in awe of those people who are able to build huge MOC's but not sure I'll ever be creative enough to do one of those! I also love sorting and cataloguing - just right for BrickLink!!! | | This page has been viewed 1345 times. |
