| | My wife and I still own our first sets from the late 80s, she moved on to barbies, I continued with Legos into my teen. Lost interest when I started building houses and tinkering with cars. Fast forward 30 years and I gave up construction and my custom car shop. Working from an office now and found I was missing something, the enjoyment I get from building. My wife got me started again with the Back to the Future Deloreon and a few new sets later and I'm buying 50 pound lots from all over Southern California.
My 2 young kids and I have decided to sell parts from our collection to others who may need them. Of course I like the fact they will have to learn about business from an early age. My wife likes the fact I can thin out our more than 500 pounds of bricks.
