It definitely can't be
Refer to the image of a sealed set being built.
Notice that the gaps between the black arcs are very thin and that the outside
black border is much larger.
Therefore, this request will not be accepted.

| Thank you, I worked from the small picture of the sticker sheet and the official
set pictures.
Based on your picture, it does look like 14769pb475, I resubmitted a request
to this effect.
