| Dear Folks:
My store is suspended but no reason given out. I have contacted "Help Desk"
as instructed and waiting for reply.
Has anyone faced this issue? On what occasion this could happen?

Hard to say without being able to see your terms, but it could be stuff like
- asking people to pay via PayPal Friends & Family
- saying you accept payments from Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, whatever
- advertising competing sites (check out my eBay!)

Hard to say without being able to see your terms, but it could be stuff like
- asking people to pay via PayPal Friends & Family
- saying you accept payments from Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, whatever
- advertising competing sites (check out my eBay!)

Me too I don't like Friends* and Family in my shop!
I feel obliged to give them a huge discount 
I hate this.

Then why is https://store.bricklink.com/TheToyHoarders#/terms still open despite
being closed and directing people to ebay and marketplace?
And, yes, I have reported the store and nothing is done about it.

Plenty. It's a common occurance. Iow, don't feel selectively persecuted
in addition to whatever else you might be feeling about this happening to you.

There are several causes the catch-all phrase “Preventative action” covers.
It’s gotta be frustration, the vagueness of the reason given for a store owner.
Though as it’s an outward facing page, I can see the Admin wanting to justly
avoid public accusation until certain of the cause. But if you've not been
contacted privately concerning this, maybe it is simply an easy to use “catch-all”
term after all
You should get some help soon though, here in the forum

“Preventive Action” = you done did what you should have know not to, and since
you don't know what you don't know we ain't gonna to tell you...
Its like this when you get pulled over by law enforcement, "you know why
I've pulled you over?".

“Preventive Action” = you done did what you should have know not to, and since
you don't know what you don't know we ain't gonna to tell you...
Its like this when you get pulled over by law enforcement, "you know why
I've pulled you over?".
