| Hi,
I'm new as a seller to BL. I have a couple of questions:
(1) How long do you wait for the Buyer to make payment after an invoice is sent.
I always make sure to send an invoice within 24 hours but sometimes they take
2 days or more to get back to me, whether they decide to pay or cancel.
(2) Do you sell to sellers with zero feedback? I've had 2 buyers with zero
feedback wanting to purchase a set and ironically, both of them wrote in a city
that did not exist. I found this to be sus.
Thank you very much,
~Nsm

7 days (or whenever I remember when its been at least 7 days) and then I start
a NPB

sellers with 0 feedback don't exist as in order to become a seller you need
1 feedback so I'm assuming you mean buyers in which case I've had 0 issues
with 0 feedback buyers even on multi-hundred dollar orders for sets. a city not
existing might have been a typo or somehting

| Sorry, one more question. I feel like 7 days is a very long time to have your
inventory removed, waiting for payment, while possibly losing sales to someone
else. Am I wrong?
And may I ask what does NPB stand for? Non-Payment something?

7 days is the bricklink minimum for NPB. NPB stands for non paying buyer. its
important to pursue this method rather then just cancelling the order as it protects
you the seller from receiving negative feedback about the order if the customer
gets angry. 7 days isn't to crazy and if you feel like the sale wont go anywhere
you can relist the items in the meantime but most buyers do pay even if some
may take a little longer than others

If you configure for Instant Checkout, then it erases question #1, and mostly
eliminates issues with question #2. If the buyer is required to provide payment
when creating the order, that will filter out buyers who are merely kicking the
tires.

| Thank you Nita,
That would mean I would need to have everything packed (not necessarily taped
up) and ready to go for weight and box dimensions, am I correct?
Appreciated ~Nam

It can be difficult if you're only selling sets, yes - if you're dealing
in parts then it's not too bad.
