Dear community,

I completed my detailed verification process on Sunday. One day later my store
was suspended and all my inventory was removed.

The reason was "multiple accounts" but I never had any other accounts
or stores. I just contacted the support for clarification. Maybe I could find
out more about this other account. The response didn't give any further details
like another account name. I also asked my neighbour who already is an experienced
seller. Maybe it could be an issue that two stores have their offices in the
same building? But we don't think this shouldn't be a problem. He also
had no clue and recommended me to ask the community. Any ideads how I could find
out more about the issue and how to solve it? What was my fault here? I don't
have any other account to use as stated. I'm confused and just hope to find
some answers. Thanks in advance.

Here is the original reason:
"You have multiple accounts. This is a violation of our Terms of Service.

In the “Eligibility” section of our Terms of Service it states:

"You are limited to one (1) account on this Site unless we have granted you
permission to have additional accounts, such permission being in our sole discretion.
You may access the Site with your account credentials. You may not transfer or
sell your account or account credentials to another party.”

Your wagnerio account has been revoked. You can still use your other account,
[insert other BrickLink account username]."

Is the other account name close to yours?
In the same county?

You can look up where the other account is here https://www.bricklink.com/members.asp?utm_content=subnav

If you haven’t already done so, go to the help desk and register there (it’s
separate from your normal BL account).

Create a trouble ticket and they will look into quickly.

I think I see why it was likely labeled a duplicate account.

But we share nothing but the addresses. We have two competitive businesses with
separate postboxes, households, offices, TINs, VATs, bank accounts, … this is
a normal thing.

It‘s like closing a BK next to a KFC in the same mall.

I hope this case gets reviewed. I will support them as much as I can. I‘m still
shocked about this situation.
