40 6-quart containers for $45 is a good deal these days. These shoe-box containers
used to sell for $1 each everywhere until covid inflation drove the price to
as much as $2.50
For anyone who has purchased Sterilite shoes boxes in the past, this is a different
model # 1862 with differently shaped container and rounded lid. If you already
have some of these, they will be perfectly compatible.
It is not the model # 1642 with flat lid -- those are still available at
various places, but most retailers have switched to the model # 1862
One is not better than the other, and having more than one style could be a good
thing -- such as using one style for NEW inventory and the other style for
USED parts; or one style for personal LEGO and one style for store inventory,
etc.
It can also be nice to have different colored lids. Sterilite used to make the
old style with various colors of lids -- I think I have 8 or 9 different
colors. I might buy some of these just to have the Titanium-colored Lids.

with free shipping it is an awesome deal.. i got me a 40 pack already... delivery
estimate is only 5 days. been using the model #1851. they are not as squared
off as i would like to conserve shelf space, but the titanium ones look sleaker.
standard shipping alone would run $15 easy if not $20-ish.
or saves 2 gallons of gas driving there & an hour of 'wal-mart people'..
