Trying to recreate SEC with legal build and available color, can this statue
be made better? The build is a mini version of Zelda OoT Spirit Dungeon, based
on the 12 mini dungeons someone posted on Rebrickable. 11 other were fine after
being adjusted for legal color, tweaked a bit to improve the build, etc but the
Spirit Temple statue proved a bit challenging as some parts weren't available
in original color and tan or dark tan weren't commonly used for Minifigs.
I didn't want to use reddish brown since the rest of the mountain is in
that color and the statue would blend too much.

2 images attached, one Studio rendering and other non-LEGO fan art of the same
to get an idea what it looks like.

Any idea? Also any idea how to hide that neck bracket? Doesn't come in tan
unless someone has really old dull white part.

If you consider that a minifigure represents a human being, and like with other
female minifigures, there’s no need for the bracket.
I mean, adding the bracket would mean the breasts are disproportionate relatively
to other minifigures, and the statue doesn’t look overendowed.
You’d need a custom print though.

What I would think more important to reproduce is the lotus position.
I think I remember seing people doing that with detached legs… but maybe brick-built
would be better.
And turn the hands!

Hmm, something like this: http://slswww.free.fr/lotus.io / pic below (bracket
needed to connect the torso+head somewhere; possible connections in the .io).

I wasn’t happy with the neck bracket and the connections, so I did that in order
to be able to sleep last night: http://slswww.free.fr/wilykat_spirit_dungeon.io

(I don’t know anything about the source material….)

I like that one!

And yeah those giant tits need to go. I'll have to look into 3D printing
for normal sized pairs.
