| I'm having trouble finding the ID of the chromed part, as well as the black
ones

It also looks like that middle black piece is just a regluar 1x1 round brick,
and you can put a 4l bar through the entire thing to hold it together
|

It also looks like that middle black piece is just a regluar 1x1 round brick,
and you can put a 4l bar through the entire thing to hold it together
|

While i'm at it, do you happen to know what part is the wheel-like part ?
It's odd because apparently there's studs on it and i can't find
a wheel corresponding

Don't have time to look for the specific part, but it's a normal studless
wheel most likely connected by axles with pins.

It's odd though, because the "wheel" is slightly bigger than the 2x2 round
bricks and the only ones i find are either too small or too big ... I'm wondering
if it's a real LEGO part ?
