| Hey sellers, My usps is stating that shipping to Australia first class mail is
suspended . Is this so ?

And Priority was suspended as well, leaving only Top tier shipping option Priority
Express. Have had several cancellations from Australian shoppers in the last
few months due to this. Yay postal service!

Per AUS Post website; The USPS (US Postal Service) has temporarily suspended
some outgoing parcel services to a number of countries, including Australia,
due to air freight capacity issues.
Looks to be a by product of Australia closing their borders to international
travel (limited flights to carry mail), not really a USPS issue.

Yep
AND, the most annoying part, is the usps site (at least when I checked) said
you could still send large envelope letters, so I tried that and it was rejected
as well.
I lost a large sale over this this month. Frustrating.

Yep
AND, the most annoying part, is the usps site (at least when I checked) said
you could still send large envelope letters, so I tried that and it was rejected
as well.
I lost a large sale over this this month. Frustrating.

Australia is opening back up to the world within the next few weeks. So hopefully
USPS will realise this and return those postage options sooner rather than later.
PS Its weird as I can still sent from Australia to the US no problems - slow
though.

I hope so!
My understanding is it was a labor shortage (huge problem in the usa right now)
so I'm not holding my breath!
