The two “handles” are strange (and different from each other).
And the little thingy on the (right if it’s an helmet) / (bottom of the 2nd pic)
doesn’t look like LEGO. It looks like it could slide into another piece.
Also, there’s an ugly mould line (I first thought it was a reflection) that doesn’t
feel LEGO.
If it were a bit bigger, I’d have said Playmobil.
Oh, and for fun, I tried Google Lens: it’s an oil pan (to collect your very small
car’s old oil) or a Moulinex pan lid

| I googled "Lego swat team helmet" and after some image browsing, it looks like
it's from the SWAT team figures by Battle Brick.
