| | I am a recovering mechanical engineer, retired from a large multi-discipline engineering firm, and started a new sustainability consultancy. My heritage is very Danish, my mother is full Dane, and we have visited Denmark and Billund several times.
In partnership with a friend, we built the Science Center of Iowa out of 75,000 LEGO bricks. This was a wonderful project and was nominated for Best Mega Build at Brickworld 2013 in Chicago. The two of us also founded the IowaLUG.
Many of my builds are Danish theme and I really cannot have enough red and white brick! The ID image is a Dala Horse that I designed.
Now I live in Boise, Idaho. Guess what, I helped found the IdahoLUG here!
