| This is sure not something we ever planned. While trying to finish off my own Star Wars(r) LEGO collection I came across the fact that Canada has super prices on quite a few hard to find things, of course this was after I paid top dollar on eBay for them, before I found suppliers in Canada that still had any.
Since then we have started importing/exporting LEGO in rather large quantities, so it gets us some super costs on goods, and we pass that right along. We are also in the business of buying out large collections where they no longer want to try and sell it themselves, or need cash quickly.
As a result we have a pretty decent inventory going, and also do quite a bit of supplying to BrickLink parts houses. We don't part sets out ourselves, but given the volumes we buy in/cost prices we can get, volume discounts are always available.
